Myles is a business coach based in Bristol. An accredited business coach on the Business Growth Service – GrowthAccelerator programme he helps businesses in Bristol, Bath and the southwest coaching leaders and senior management teams to grow and develop businesses that generate exceptional results.
Having amassed experience in a variety of industries and in senior management roles, Myles established his Bristol coaching consultancy business in 2007.
He has since delivered leadership development and executive coaching programmes to individuals in FTSE 100 companies, public sector organisations, SMEs and family businesses as well as working with entrepreneurs and third sector organisations.
Often Myles’s work focuses on managing change processes that impact on strategy, people, organisation development and culture.
Myles currently holds a number of company directorships and non executive director roles. He advises a number of senior management teams and Partners within legal services firms. He has also held a number of interim appointments in private and quasi governmental organisations.
He is a member of several professional associations and is visiting strategy advisor to a business organisation. Myles has been an active member of the Institute of Directors and sat on a specialist panel at the CBI.
His 12 years in management consulting included time working with several global leaders in the field of HR strategy, finance and business services. During this time Myles worked on performance and human capital effectiveness with an emphasis on mergers, cultural change and transformation.
Being a dedicated life-long learner Myles has built on the foundation training received in corporate roles – business development, management, strategy and coaching with advanced courses at management schools and universities in Europe and North America.
Myles now delivers talks and lectures on the subjects of business coaching and executive transition.
In addition to paid work Myles is proud to have been involved in several initiatives aimed at supporting entrepreneurship, young people in business, charitable fundraising and the support of under achieving teenagers. He has been a trustee and currently sits as Vice Chair on a local community group.
