Everything DiSC Management® programme helps managers understand how to bring out the best in themselves and in each employee. Participants learn their strengths and how to use those effectively as well as learn what is likely to be challenging for them personally as managers. They learn how to adapt their behaviours to meet the needs of the people they manage – enabling them to be more effective managers.

Everything DiSC Management® is classroom based training that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation with contemporary video, and online follow-up to create a personalised learning experience. Using a research-validated learning model, participants will recognise and understand the styles of people they manage. The result is managers who adapt their management style to manage much more effectively.

Content
The facilitated interactive six module workshop will enable participants to fully understand and get the most from their management potential, learning from a combination of facilitated exercises and videos to understand themselves, their employees and their boss and to be able to use this learning to manage more effectively in their workplace.
